What we do

See how we reviewed a real clinic homepage

A Careful Copy review reads your pages the way a careful patient, Google and an AI assistant read them, and checks five things. Does the wording promise more certainty, speed or results than the care can deliver? Is it clear who treats patients, and with which credentials? Does each page open with a short answer to what you do, for whom and where? Can search engines read who you are from your structured data? Is the style plain and consistent from page to page? Anything with legal weight, such as testimonials, credentials or prices, goes on a separate list for your lawyer.

Below is the Radiology Prime homepage, reviewed on 16 September 2026. Three of its 22 findings are marked: the original wording, the replacement, the reason and the rule. Nothing is flagged without all four.

Mark 2 sits on the address bar: that finding is in the description search engines show for the page, which visitors never see on screen.
Hero headline

Removed: A consultant neuroradiologist reviews your brain, head or spine MRI. In 24 hours.

Replaced with: A consultant radiologist with a sub-specialty focus in neuroradiology reviews your brain, head or spine MRI. In 24 hours.

The profile page gives the credential as Consultant Radiologist with a sub-specialty focus in neuroradiology. The headline states a different one. EA-05

Search result description

Removed: Get a professional neuroradiology second opinion on your MRI, CT, or X-ray. Expert reports delivered online in 24 hours.

Replaced with: An independent neuroradiology second opinion on your brain, spine, or head and neck MRI or CT. Structured report online within 24 hours.

This is the text people read under the page title in search results. It offers X-ray reviews, but the site states its scope as MRI and CT of the brain, spine, and head and neck. FR-10

Why a neuroradiology review

Removed: Neuroradiology is the most demanding field in radiology.

Replaced with: Neuroradiology is a demanding sub-specialty.

A superlative with no stated basis. The About page already uses the careful version. FR-07

Why we built this

It started when a medical website we run lost most of its search traffic

The site is a radiology second-opinion service. To find out why, we looked closely at how Google treats health pages. It holds them to its highest standard of trust: it looks for who provides the care, what is and is not promised, and where each claim comes from. AI assistants that answer patients' questions look for the same things.

We wrote down what that means for every sentence on a medical page. That became the published rule set, and every review applies it, this site included.

The rules are public

Every finding names the rule it comes from, so you can check the reasoning and reject it.

Questions we get asked

Is this an SEO service?

Partly. Search readiness is one of the six areas, because schema and bylines matter. But the work is editorial: we tell you which sentences to change and why. We do not build links, we do not buy placements, and we make no ranking promises.

How are reviews produced?

Every finding comes from the published rule set and names the rule it came from. The review suggests wording and structure; it does not assess legality and never certifies anything. An AI model drafts each review against the rule set, code checks every finding against it, and a person reads and approves the report before it is sent to you.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is editorial review. Legal review items are listed separately, carry no suggested wording and do not affect the score, precisely so you can hand that list to your lawyer instead of guessing.

Do you need access to my site?

No. We read your public pages, the same ones a patient reads. No logins, no plugins, no code on your site, and no patient data at any point.

What if I disagree with a finding?

Every finding cites the rule it came from, so you can see the reasoning and reject it. Some findings are judgement calls and the report says so. If the review is not useful, the refund runs fourteen days with no questions.

I run an agency. Can I use this for clients?

Yes. Agency work is white-labelled and quoted per engagement rather than sold at a fixed price. Tell us how many client domains you have and roughly how many pages each runs to, and you will get a written quote. There are no team logins: reports come back to you by email, ready to pass on.
